How to convert RAR archive.?

Nowadays, when you download any file (Movie, Music, Etc.) from internet, the file format will be RAR.
Because, when you upload a file to web server, the server allow only 100MB or 200MB.
High capacity file’s divided by RAR Archives.
Example--- {700MB file will be dived 7 RAR Archives.
So, you have to convert (extract) the 7 files to one file (700MB original file).}
